Over The Edge Outdoor is first, and foremost, a Service Company. Our culture is one of service through excellence. Focus as highly on building a relationship as we do on building a project.
Article 1: The most valuable and precious asset any enterprise can secure is great people. Not simply staff and craftsmen but, also in those we serve, our clients. Attentiveness to the happiness and morale of the former is the shortest path to the satisfaction of the latter.
Article 2: The best design will fall flat without attention to the highest standards of materials and workmanship. There can be no compromise in either. It is better to wait for high quality materials and apologize to clients than to deliver a project that is compromised at its foundation.
Article 3: Adhere to the highest standards of construction while continually educating ourselves and our staff members to advancements in all aspects of the process.
Article 4: Focus investment and growth on that which best serves both future and past clients. We are building projects that will last decades, not months or years. It is as important those who see or own our work are as happy in decades as they were the day we completed the project.
Article 5: We will approach every job, from the smallest to the largest with equal attention. In every case, the client is entrusting something of great value to us, we will not place that value on a sliding scale. Every client, every job is of equal importance.
Article 6: Outdoor construction is an imperfect process. We are at the will and mercy of Northeast Oklahoma Weather and it can be unforgiving. Even in times of unforeseen, unpredictable and uncontrollable delay, we will be accessible, communicative and empathetic to the concerns of our clients.
